With stunning views of downtown Los Angeles and the Hollywood Hills, this 2-story penthouse started as an empty concrete and glass box. With ceilings and walls of glass pushing 30 feet the goal of the project was to design a space that both embraced loft living and to make the residents feel comfortable at home.

Brown Design Group designed and managed of all elements of the project from architecture, engineering and permitting to construction and furnishings. A moody lounge was designed to showcase the client’s extensive Whiskey collection and provide a space for cozy conversation. Immediately adjacent is the voluminous living room designed to surround the occupants with jewel box views of the night skyline. The kitchen, open to the common spaces, is as functional as it is beautiful.
The master suite is located on the second floor of the penthouse and features a custom walnut and woven leather bed with integrated nightstands and lighting. The suite, with views as impressive as the living room, opens onto a large open-air balcony for the ultimate urban California living experience.
