“Imagine a year in permitting, a perfect plan and the romantic vision of a larger home suitable for your growing family. Then you wake up and realize that you have an eighteen month old, are very pregnant with your second and have to pack up and move out in order to get this process started. Then the contractor’s bids come in but all you have is the exterior shell and no idea what to do beyond the fact that it needs to be new! Diego was our saving grace, knight in shining armor, design guru and genius mastermind.
In all seriousness, Diego was crucial in major structural and planning decisions, as the pretty drawings became a reality. His insight during regular meetings with the contractor and sub-contractors was essential. He coordinated flawlessly with multiple personalities with the utmost professionalism. Our only regret is that we didn’t hire Brown Design sooner to coordinate with our architects. In a true testament to our experience we hired Brown Design again for our commercial space. The only downfall is that we, as the owners and inhabitants, reap the benefits of Diego’s hard work with constant compliments received by visitors to the spaces Brown Design created.”
